项筱玲,女,生于1943年4月,教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴获得者,贵州省首批省管专家。曾任贵州大学数学系主任、贵州大学理工学院院长,中国工业与应用数学学会理事、贵州省数学学会副理事长。国家自然科学基金项目、科技部、教育部的国际科技合作重点项目计划同行评议专家。《德国数学评论》、《美国数学评论》评论员,现为多个国际期刊和会议审稿人。

长期从事偏微分方程及应用、分布参数系统控制论的研究,特别是近年在脉冲微分系统及其控制论领域作出有影响的工作。主持完成国家自然科学基金、省“十五”重大基础课题等多项重要科研项目。在《SIAM J. Control and Optimization》、《ESAIM: Control, Optimisation and Calculus of Variation》、《Discrete Contin. Dynam. Syst.》等国际最具有影响力的刊物上发表学术论文百余篇,有些结果已成为经典结果,并被写入剑桥大学、Springer等国际著名出版社出版的专著。多次获贵州省科技进步二等奖、三等奖,贵州省优秀教师等科技奖励和荣誉称号。

 


  

1964年毕业于贵州大学数学系,1981年贵州大学数学系研究生班毕业并留校任教至今。其间,曾到北京大学学习,访问过中科院数学所、复旦大学。
1990年起,三次赴加拿大渥太华大学访问,与国际知名学则N.U.Ahmed进行长期的合作研究,取得丰硕成果。访问过美国华盛顿州立大学和香港科技大学。1998年起,先后四次作为访问教授赴泰国苏兰拉里理工大学进行合作研究,并联合培养博士研究生多名。十余次应邀出席在美国、意大利、希腊、日本和国内召开的国际会议并作会议报告。

       


    

1992年获得国务院特殊津贴,贵州省首批省管专家,1997年获得贵州省优秀教师表彰。先后获得贵州省科技进步二等奖一项,三等奖两项。

 

 


  

1)、至1986年起,培养研究生数十名,其中多数现已成为国内外知名高校的教学和科研骨干;自1998起,培养博士研究生八名,其中与泰国苏兰拉里理工大学联合培养六名。毕业生在所在工作单位工作突出,得到广泛认可。
2)、在单位数学系主任和理工学院院长期间,大力推动数学、物理、电子和计算机科学等专业的学科发展,为贵州大学相关学科的学位点申报和建设打下良好基础;
3)、积极促进偏微分方程及应用研究方向的人才梯队建设,该方向现已成为贵州大学211重点建设学科和数学一级学科博士点的主要支撑方向,该方向也是贵州省数学研究领域的重要研究方向,在国内外也有较大影响。
 
4)、在多年的科研工作中,先后主持完成国家和省部级科研项目二十余项,完成学术论文百余篇,其中八十余篇被SCI、EI收录,并别相关领域学术论文和书籍多次引用,部分发表的论文情况如下:
